These terms govern your use of this website, the Wash Without Water app, and our waterless car-wash service, provided by Wash Without Water Parking Car Washing LLC, a Dubai-mainland licensed company ("Wash Without Water", "we", "us"). By registering a society, downloading the app, or booking a wash, you agree to these terms.
Wash Without Water provides an on-site, waterless car-wash service for residential societies in Dubai. A society manager registers the property, residents subscribe through the app, and our trained team visits the society's parking on a scheduled basis to wash subscribed vehicles using approximately 50 mL of our formula per car.
Service is only available to societies we have registered and confirmed a schedule with — registering interest via this website does not itself create a binding service agreement until we've confirmed your society.
Residents choose a monthly subscription plan inside the app once their society is registered. You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account. We don't lock residents into long-term contracts.
We schedule visits with the society manager and do our best to keep to that schedule, but access issues, security requirements, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally require us to reschedule a visit.
Our formula is designed to be safe on standard automotive paints, clear coats, matte finishes, and vinyl wraps under normal conditions. If something goes wrong with a wash, tell us — email or WhatsApp us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Except where prohibited by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the value of the affected wash or subscription period. We're not liable for pre-existing damage to a vehicle, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The Wash Without Water name, logo, and the content of this website and app belong to Wash Without Water Parking Car Washing LLC and may not be used without our permission.
We may suspend or end service to a society or resident for non-payment, safety concerns, or misuse of the service, and we'll aim to let you know why.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
