Wash Without Water Parking Car Washing LLC ("Wash Without Water", "we", "us") operates a waterless car-wash service for residential societies in Dubai, along with this website and the Wash Without Water mobile app. This policy covers information collected through the website; the app's registration and booking flow is used solely to provide the service you sign up for.

If you contact us via WhatsApp or email instead, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider, under their own privacy terms — we only see what you send us directly.
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log requests (including IP address) under Google's own privacy policy. Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, our form-handling provider.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share information only with our own operations and wash team as needed to deliver the service, and where required by law. We do not share your details with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We keep enquiry and account information for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and delete or anonymise it when it's no longer needed.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time — email support@washwithoutwater.ae or message us on WhatsApp.
Our service is intended for adults registering societies or booking a wash, and is not directed at children.
